I’ve been guiding couples and individuals towards more rewarding relationships since 2003.
I’m an empathic and skilled therapist who is passionate about helping you repair past hurts and deepen your bond.
I’m honoured to have a job I love that allows me to help couples move from hurt, distance and anger to being more open, loving and intimate with each other.
In addition to my formal education in counselling and psychotherapy, I have extensive training in couples therapy.
I’m also skilled at helping my clients deal with stress and anxiety.
When your relationship is stressed, you’re stressed and likely anxious. You worry and obsess about your problems.
The reverse is also true:
When you’re stressed or anxious, your mind doesn’t function as rationally as it would otherwise. You’re more fearful or angry, which leads to greater reactivity with your partner.

I’m a follower of the Buddhist tradition and incorporate mindfulness practices into my work with clients.
Mindfulness helps you and your partner be more aware of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours so you can relate to each other more lovingly.
Practicing mindfulness helps calm your emotions. It enables you to relate more constructively and respectfully – even when you’re furious with your partner!
